If your foot spills over the sides of the footbed, the style is too narrow and will cause edge pressure — go up half a size or choose an open-sided design.

PU leather is more durable than suedette and easier to maintain. Wipe with a damp cloth to clean. After that, the surface coating may start to lift at flex points — this is normal for synthetic leather and not a defect.

You have 30 days from delivery to return for a full refund, no questions asked. The shoes need to be unworn outdoors — indoor try-on is fine and expected.
